Easy. Yummy. Healthy. What more could you ask for?


Easy snack recipes that are quick, healthy, don't require any crazy ingredients and actually taste good can be incredibly hard to find. UNTIL NOW. Joyous Health totally saved us in this department (you need to check out this site for amazing recipes). This protein bar recipe seriously fulfilled my healthy/yummy snack requirements. Ingredients for these bars include: Bananas, oats, organic chocolate chips, almond butter, cinnamon, sea salt, protein powder. I absolutely loved the sweet/salty combo and find these bars are best straight from the freezer after a workout or as an afternoon snack.  Say hello to easy to make, easier to eat protein bars.
